I'm Charis Denny.
I'm a Certified Clinical Herbalist and Flower Essence Practitioner with a background in Mental Health Counseling.

I've lived with anxiety and severe ADHD for my entire life, but when depression knocked me flat in 2021, I only had two choices: surrender or fight.
I chose to fight back, using every tool I've learned in 20+ years of clinical experience. Not with perfection, but with persistence and a deep compassion for myself that bloomed only after everything else failed.
It wasn't pretty—but it was real. And it worked.
And that's when it hit me: If I had struggled so terribly, even with all these tools at my disposal, how much harder must it be for women who don't?
